Japanese rock band Ziggy comes to London and gets attacked upon arrival at the hotel after a recording session. The musicians barely escape the attack; however, soon they learn that their producer has been murdered, and they are the suspects! Chased by police and some mysterious organization, they find shelter at a local rockers' place and even give a performance there; but it is not too long before their pursuers appear again.

The story is in the motif of Japanese classic novel Night on the Galactic Railroad (Ginga Tetsudo no Yoru) written by Miyazawa Kenji, set in a high school and its literary club. Inoue Konoha, a second-year high school boy who suffers a trauma, is one day partly forced to join the literary club by the club president Amano Tooko. Amano Tooko, a high school senior who calls herself the Literary Girl (Bungaku Shoujo), is actually a spectre that devours stories — she tears pages from books to munch on them. Every day thus Konoha writes stories for Tooko to eat. He once wrote an award-winning novel, but he wrote it under the pen-name Inoue Miu so readers thought the author was a mysterious 14-year-old bishoujo novelist. Following his trauma he stopped writing at once, but forced to provide Tooko's snacks, he starts writing again. And so the two live a peaceful everyday life. However, one day the origin of his trauma, a girl named Asakura Miu, appears in front of him...

Based on a 1980 manga by Mikuriya Satomi, this adaptation differs considerably from the original. The story started in its prequel was completed with this second OVA.

A mysterious force binds Ash to the Mythical Pokemon Volcanion when it falls from the sky. Volcanion can't get away, and Ash is dragged along as it continues on its mission. She uses the pencil to wish for a "hero that will save everyone." Four heroes appear in response to Emi's wish to change the course of the future. The anime will have a different story from the original manga.

Zenigata arrives on the ship "Machine Gun Kelly", a casino on the water owned by the mafia, because Lupin plans on stealing the casino's money. Lupin and his gang manages to break into the ship's vault but was unable to escape with the money due to Zenigata's shooting. However, there was another purpose the ship had, one that Lupin was aware of; to search for a sunken ship filled with gold. Lupin managed to steal this data while he was on the ship, however, now they have to contend with Zenigata, the mafia, and a secret organization whose base is under Alcatraz, as they attempt to uncover the secret behind the organization and the sunken treasure.

Abrosia's Kingdom is still somewhere in this world, waiting for its queen to return, and then, she will sing forever. After the spectacle finishes, a masked men appears, and proposes something to the audience: "Let's play a game"- he says- "The winner, will have eternal life. The losers, will have to die."
